3. Bidding, Purchasing, and Deposits

• Bidding: Placing a bid is a binding commitment to purchase the vehicle if you are the winning bidder. All bids are final and cannot be retracted.
• Security Deposit: We require a security deposit before you can place a bid on any vehicle. This deposit is refundable if you do not win an auction. If you are the winning bidder, the deposit will be applied toward the vehicle's purchase price.
• Payment: Full payment for a won vehicle must be completed within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Failure to make full payment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of the sale.

4. Vehicle Information and Disclaimers

We provide vehicle information, including auction sheets and photos, as provided by the auction houses in Japan and other originating countries. While we strive for accuracy, this information is for guidance only.

• "As Is" Condition: All vehicles are sold on an "as is, where is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, roadworthiness, or history of any vehicle.
• Independent Verification: We strongly encourage you to review all provided information and, where possible, request additional inspections before bidding. Our AI-powered translation of auction sheets is a tool for convenience and should not be considered a substitute for professional verification.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SUVHUB, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
